  • The first few sessions of individual therapy are dedicated to a comprehensive assessment process. During this time, we explore your personal history, past and present experiences with trauma, and the current challenges you’re facing. This phase also includes collaboratively developing treatment goals that reflect your unique needs and priorities.

    This process is highly client-centered, meaning that your voice, preferences, and pace are central to how we move forward. It’s through this thoughtful and supportive exploration that we begin to understand the direction therapy will take and establish a foundation for meaningful, goal-oriented work together.
